version 2.1

Blog

Portfolio now up and other updates

Just a quick post about a few updates I've made to the website. I have fixed any layout issues that were evident in IE6, partly due to transparent PNGs, and partly due to the design going a bit odd with the content dropping below all the left side menu. I've resorted to conditional comments to fix the layout bugs.

Other updates are that I've now implemented a rather nice javascript syntax highlighter to highlight code I have in my blog posts. You can see it in action in the previous post. For anyone who's interested, it's prettify.

The biggest update of all, however, has to be the new Portfolio section I've added. Any work I do will be added to the current portfolio of all my work.

Since I feel the updates merit it, I've bumped up the version to 2.1 :)

Would be good if the Portfolio section linked directly to the respective sites as nice to see how the navigation / functionality works.

Hi, thanks for the comments.

@Andrew: Each piece of work in the Portfolio section has a ‘Visit the website’ link below the description so long as the website is still online.
